Introduction

The VDx® Clostridium perfringens MP qPCR Kit is a diagnostic reagent designed for the qualitative detection of Clostridium spp. 16S rRNA, Clostridium perfringens alpha toxin(α-toxin, Cpα), and Clostridium perfringens beta toxin (β-toxin, Cpβ) genes using real-time polymerase chain reaction (real-time PCR).
