VDRG® BVDV Ag Rapid kit-SP is a lateral flow chromato-graphic immunoassay for the detection of Bovine viral diarrhea virus(BVDV) antigen in serum or plasma of bovine.

检查方法

Place the BVDV Ag Test Device on a flat surface and shades.

Using the Dropper, collect bovine serum or plasma.

Add 2 drops (50ul) of collected sample with the Dropper into the sample hole of the BVDV Ag Test Device.

Add 3 drops (50ul) of the Dilution Buffer into the sample hole of the device.

Read the result at 20 minutes after dropping. ※ Do not read the result after 20 minutes.
