VDx® ADV/PPV MP qPCR은 돼지오제스키병의 원인인 Aujeszky’s disease virus(ADV)와 돼지파보바이러스감염증의 원인인 Porcine parvovirus(PPV)의 특정유전자를 다중실시간중합효소연쇄반응(Multiplex Real-time PCR)로 증폭하여 바이러스의 존재여부를 검사할 수 있는 유전자검사시약입니다.
제품특징
- 돼지유사산 원인체인 2종 DNA 바이러스 Aujeszky’s disease virus(ADV)와 Porcine parvovirus(PPV)의 특이적인 유전자를 TaqMan probe를 이용하여 검사하며, 단독 및 중복 감염 여부 검사 가능
